  For our Boutiques in Berlin, we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Ambassador with passion and drive. This opportunity will provide you insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer experience and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

• Implement the VM strategy at the boutique level following the Maison’s VM guidelines
• Set up and create visually appealing displays and photo reports that align with the boutique’s layout and product offerings
• Set up and operate events
• Manage layout planning and look selection according to boutique allocation and execute the setups
• Maintain daily communication with the area VM manager and boutique manager about VM priorities and updates
• Share key priorities and display strategies with the boutique team
• Adapt product displays based on boutique needs independently
• Manage and ensure the inventory, storage, and maintenance of props and display materials
