Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Visual Merchandising Consultant to join our team based in Calgary or Toronto. This role is designed to drive traffic and enhance the client journey across all retail locations. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays, interactive touchpoints, and personalized storytelling that elevates the in-store experience and attracts new clients. Managing multiple priorities, this role takes initiative to deliver high quality work and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-7 years of experience in visual merchandising leading the design and execution in store
• Strong creative and design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Passion for creating meaningful client experiences.

• Drive Store Traffic & Spark Excitement: support driving traffic by creating entryway focal points that attract mall traffic and impromptu store visits
• Elevate the In-Store Experience: Introduce interactive touchpoints such as try-on stations, client styling zones, and mirror moments to encourage exploration and deepen brand connection
• Ensure Seamless Navigation: Utilize intuitive layout design, price transparency, and category-specific signage to guide clients effortlessly through the space
• Showcase Product Assortment: Merchandise by story, collection, and use case to make it easy for clients to understand the “why” behind each product
• Celebrate Gifting Moments: Build visual moments around key seasons with curated gift sets, bundled offers, and gifting guidance
