Description

Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company founded in 1973. At a time when all life on earth is under threat of extinction, we aim to use the resources we have—our business, our investments, our voice and our imagination—to influence changes needed to protect our planet. A registered B Corporation and founding member of 1% for the Planet, Patagonia is recognised internationally for its commitment to product quality and environmental activism, contributing over $145 million in grants and in-kind donations to thousands of grassroots environmental groups around the world.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We’re in business to save our home planet. This role supports the implementation of Patagonia’s visual merchandising strategy across all EMEA retail environments. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, it ensures that global brand guidelines are accurately and consistently executed in-store, while adapting to local needs. This role contributes to creating cohesive and compelling customer experiences through effective coordination and execution.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Communication coordination: Communicate critical visual merchandising information to retail teams and external VM freelancers, using brand guidelines and training tools to ensure consistent execution and understanding across all store formats.
  • Store Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate monthly store reports and provide feedback using brand standards to maintain alignment and consistency across all store formats.
  • Planogram Creation: Create seasonal VM planograms using IWD software and coordinate delivery of guidelines, props, and tools to ensure timely and accurate in-store execution.
  • Calendar Planning: Plan the VM visit calendar across EMEA in coordination with freelancers and internal teams to ensure effective field support and coverage.
  • Field Coaching: Conduct store visits across retail, partner, and wholesale markets to coach teams on visual merchandising and provide regular feedback to uphold brand standards and provide hands-on support.
