Job Description The Visual Merchandising Designer is responsible for designing shop window subjects and any other seasonal installation planned at the sales outlet. The role has three core responsibilities: 1) gathering collection inspiration from the style offices; 2) carrying out projects that can satisfy the required aesthetic and commercial needs; 3) coordinating all aspects of production for prints and materials following the timing and content transferred by the competent areas. Qualifications 1.01 Confronts internally with the departments involved (style office, communications office, etc.) in order to develop a design consistent with the inspiration of the collections 1.02 Take care of the creation, study and design of the showcase subject, ensuring that the aesthetic and commercial requirements of the Brand 1.03 Understand the requirements and develop creative ideas aimed at satisfying the needs of the point of sale 1.04 Is responsible for drafting the technical manuals and information tools (sales document, assembly instructions, etc.) intended to the points of sale 1.05 Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers in the assigned geographical areas directly or through local branches, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships 1.06 Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, ..) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel 1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities
