Description
General Missions : Adapt global VM guidelines to implement in APAC local market and travel retail environments In-charge of all VM implementation to POS and plan for generic planogram by using IWD Execute visual, video, planogram updates and roll out for all APAC markets per launch/campaign Monitor all visual colour matching to align with colour proof kit Consolidate all markets' VM calendar, attend regular meetings with HQ and Commercial team Work closely with Commercial team to maximize the counter performance Communicate with distributors and retailers for in-store VM changes Liaise with contractor in materials sourcing and follow up on the VM tools production Conduct regular store visit and support on VM training Responsible for VM launch reporting and VM administration tasks assigned Collaborate new counter design and development with HQ Store Design and Commercial teams Assist in VM POSM forecast for both fragrance and beauty Monitorannual VM budget, create PO monthly and follow up on invoices Understand market trends, best practices and share competitor research to HQ Follow up maintenance issue for counters when required Support on the setup of new store openings, HPP, SPP, pop-ups, events and beauty classes etc Profile : Degree holder in art and design discipline Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant visual merchandising experience in luxury retail / fragrance / beauty industry with in-store display exécution, previous working experience in regional / travel retail preferred and retail design is a plus Creative, independent and passionate about the brand’s identity of beauty industry's dynamics Excellent communication skill, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills Well organised, attention to detail, strong project management, analytical skills and solution-driven Proficient in Microsoft office, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup etc Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, French is a plus Occasional travel may be required
