Our client is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive to join their dynamic team in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a global team, ensuring the smooth delivery of visual merchandising materials and coordinating the launch of seasonal visual merchandising to stores. The successful candidate will be a key contributor, collaborating with various teams and managing logistics, budget tracking, and project timelines. This is an exciting temporary position with potential for extension.
As a Visual Merchandising Executive, your role will be pivotal in supporting the team to ensure the smooth delivery of global visual merchandising materials. You will manage logistics, coordinate deliveries, and keep global teams updated on progress. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised as you manage the day-to-day visual merchandising in the UK, including seasonal installations. Your ability to prepare and update presentation documents will be crucial in this role.

• Coordinate the smooth delivery of global visual merchandising materials
• Manage logistics and track budgets in line with company systems and processes
• Coordinate deliveries of all Seasonal Visual Merchandising and Packaging into markets/global warehouse
• Update global teams and stores with progress, troubleshooting and resolving logistics where required
• Manage the day-to-day Visual Merchandising in UK, including the Seasonal installations
• Prepare and update presentation documents and maintain VM mock store
