Job Description OPPORTUNITIES & EXPOSURE Support the rollout of Visual Merchandising and POSM strategies across APAC markets, ensuring strong alignment with brand guidelines for product launches. Work closely with regional and local teams to adapt and implement VM plans with consistency and attention to detail. Track and review in-store launch installations, consolidate feedback, and support follow-up actions to improve execution quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and distributors to manage and optimize POSM allocation across markets. Provide practical design adaptation support to local markets, balancing brand consistency with local requirements. Gain hands-on experience across the full VM process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch review in a multi-market environment. Qualifications Requirements Able to commit 6 months full time internship from Jun/Jul to Dec 2026 Genuine interest in the beauty industry Demonstrate strong communication skills with different functional teams Demonstrate problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail Strong accountability and able to work independently when required High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, basic proficiency in MS Office Excel. Proficiency with Sketchup will be preferred 3D design knowledge will be a plus Job Category: Digital and Ecommerce
