As a Visual merchandising intern, you will support the development of retail displays and merchandising materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events and campaigns. Additionally, you’ll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming, design, and retail innovation.

1. Event Visual & Creative support

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup
• Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets creation and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, partnerships

1. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution

• Contribute ideas and perspectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs), in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively
• Manage and plan the VM execution based on stores need and limitation

1. In-store promotional assets development

• Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials
• Preparation of visuals for various formats

1. Visual Merchandising Support

• Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed.
• Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards.

1. Administrative Tasks

• Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution.
