About the position:
As a Visual Merchandiser Lead, you will be the key driver of in-store visual execution, bringing the Victoria’s Secret brand to life through compelling visual storytelling, elevated product presentations, and a consistent, fashion-forward customer experience. This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction with operational execution and plays a vital part in delivering total store results and a world-class customer experience. You will report directly to the Brand Delivery Manager and functionally to the Visual Merchandising National Manager, ensuring alignment with both local store goals and overall brand direction.
