We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager at our Victoria’s Secret Pacific Fair store.

Delivers a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth.

  • Fosters a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
  • Serves on Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results
  • Supports Sales Leadership Team in achieving and maintaining visual and merchandising presentation standards
  • Leads and supports planning and execution of brand guide in partnership with category managers and brand delivery team
  • Gains business insight and creates SMART action plans that improve execution and results
  • Proactively identifies and communicates Merchandise Flow and visual presentation challenges with recommended solutions
  • Drives execution and ensures that visual merchandising presentation standards are maintained in partnership with category managers; including identifying and acting on sell-down strategies
  • Ensures all SLT are trained to maintain visual merchandising presentation standards while engaging customers
  • Builds strong communication and partnership with visual merchandising, VSI/Beauty
  • Strategizes high-profile location visual merchandising/presentation/window strategy in-season, future state
  • Proposes seasonal/quarterly refresh to stores floor fixturing/shops
  • Builds strong communication and partnership with Visual Production
  • Communicates Creative/Elements needed to meet expectations of designed strategy
  • Build strong communication and partnership with Visual SD & C
  • Leads and drives key real estate initiatives - planning, execution, follow-up and sustainment
  • Partners with Visual SD & C on floorplan and new fixturing/branding elements
  • Builds strong communication and partnership with Allocation
  • Builds key partner in allocation to support the on-going needs of presentations
  • Establishes key partnerships in allocation to ensure product levels meet presentation strategy expectations
  • High-profile store visual training
  • Actively participate in the talent selection process of all field leadership positions
  • Execute on-going visual merchandising training with Sales Leadership Team and visual associate
