POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visual Production & Design Coordinator to support our creative and production processes. This versatile role will assist with photoshoot coordination, design support, sample management, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two days are the same.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in fashion, retail, or related field
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Computer proficiency including Excel, Google Suite
• Basic understanding of apparel design and production processes
• Experience with content management systems (Trello, Shopify or similar)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
