Visualizer Company: TygrLabs Location: Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh Working Hours: Must be able to work on 3 different shifts on rotation - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day shift) 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Evening shift) 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift) 5 days/nights per week Work from office Job Type: Full-time Position Overview As a Visualizer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visual imagery through various mediums such as graphic design, illustration, animation, and multimedia. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and clients to understand project objectives and develop visually compelling solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in design software are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that effectively convey intended messages or concepts. Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop visual solutions for diverse projects, spanning advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, digital media, and print materials. Translate creative briefs and project requirements into innovative ideas and concepts. Produce sketches, storyboards, and mock-ups to visualize and refine design concepts. Leverage graphic design software and relevant tools to create polished visual assets. Ensure brand consistency and cohesive design elements across all materials. Stay abreast of industry trends, design methodologies, and technological advancements. Present design proposals and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as necessary. Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to project timelines and budgets while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines. Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals as needed to enrich design projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior visual designers when called upon. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field. Proven track record as a Visualizer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role within advertising agencies, design studios, or related industries. Impressive portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Creative thinker adept at developing innovative design concepts. Strong verbal and visual communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and rationale effectively. Meticulous attention to detail with a discerning eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. Ability to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Adaptability to evolving priorities and project requirements. Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D modeling, or interactive media is advantageous.
