Talentspoc is seeking a highly qualified Vitreoretinal Surgeon with DOH registration to join our specialized ophthalmology team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and surgically treating vitreoretinal diseases, delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and surgical interventions for vitreoretinal conditions such as retinal detachments, diabetic retinopathy, and macular holes. Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient care to ensure effective treatment outcomes and recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative care. Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and DOH requirements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in vitreoretinal surgery and participate in continuing education and research activities. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of residency training in Ophthalmology. Fellowship training specialized in Vitreoretinal Surgery. Valid and active Department of Health (DOH) license/registration. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in vitreoretinal surgery. Excellent surgical skills with proficiency in advanced vitreoretinal surgical techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical best practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced medical environment.
