Position Summary: The Vitruvi Trainer and Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive training, technical support, and user assistance for the Vitruvi platform. This role ensures that internal teams and external partners effectively use Vitruvi’s project management and construction workflow tools to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid understanding of construction management processes, software systems, and adult learning principles. What You'll Do: Training * Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new and existing users on all aspects of the Vitruvi platform. * Create training materials, including user guides, quick reference sheets, video tutorials, and onboarding programs. * Conduct refresher sessions and system update trainings following software upgrades or process changes. * Assess user competency and identify areas for additional coaching or support. Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for Vitruvi-related inquiries and troubleshooting. * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system issues, escalating complex problems as needed. * Monitor, document, and track support requests in accordance with internal SLAs. * Collaborate with IT, field operations, and Vitruvi’s support team to resolve technical issues efficiently. System Administration * Maintain user accounts, permissions, and roles within the Vitruvi system. * Assist with system configuration, updates, and integrations with related platforms (e.g., GIS, ERP, or scheduling tools). * Participate in system testing and provide feedback on new features and improvements. Continuous Improvement * Gather feedback from users to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities. * Support process documentation and the development of best practices for Vitruvi utilization. * Stay current on platform enhancements and communicate changes to stakeholders. Who You Are: Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 2–4 years of experience in software training, technical support, or project coordination. * Experience working with construction management software, or field operations platforms such as Vitruvi, IQGeo, etc. is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies * Strong understanding of construction workflows, fiber or telecom network deployment, or field operations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.  * Proficient with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, screen capture software). * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
