THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a Viva & Employee Experience Designer to help clients reimagine the digital employee experience using Microsoft Viva and related M365 tools. You’ll design experiences that connect people to purpose, reduce friction in daily work, and support communication, recognition, learning, and wellness.
This is a hybrid role that blends UX design, intranet strategy, content design, and platform configuration—all through the lens of modern employee needs and organizational culture.

DIGITAL EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE DESIGN

• Design digital experiences using Microsoft Viva Connections, Engage, Topics, Goals, and Insights that align with employee journeys.
• Define personas, journeys, and UX patterns for intranets, knowledge hubs, and engagement tools.
• Craft intuitive page layouts, adaptive cards, dashboards, and information architectures for Viva-connected experiences.
