Developed custom business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Implemented Vlocity CPQ and Order Management to support complex Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes. Customized workflows, pricing rules, promotions, and order orchestration. Designed and implemented REST and SOAP integrations with external enterprise systems. Built reusable integration frameworks using Integration Procedures and DataRaptors for data transformation and orchestration. Ensured data consistency, performance optimization, and error handling across integrated systems. Led end‑to‑end delivery including development, deployment, and post‑production support.
