In the position you will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. You will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product. Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices. Electrical Engineering 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging Good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT and statistics Background in product characterization, mixed signal test, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support is required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Background in yield improvement, silicon debug, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.
