Document, optimize, and continuously improve planning, reporting, and analysis workflows. Ensure alignment with regional/global controlling standards and guidelines. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent controlling practices. Digitalization & Automation Lead or support digital transformation initiatives within Controlling. Develop automated reporting dashboards and data models using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, data analytics platform. Promote adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA, and other automation solutions. Work with IT and data teams to ensure stable data pipelines and integration of digital tools. Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with automated, scalable solutions. Data Analysis & Insights Prepare routine and ad-hoc analysis on volume, cost, sales, and margin trends. Perform data cleaning, consolidation, and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting. Build analytical models to support variance explanation and operational insights. Business Partnering & Collaboration Collaborate with Sales Controlling, Plant Controlling, Operations, and regional/global controlling teams. Share standardized reports, dashboards, and templates to ensure transparency and alignment. Some experience in controlling, data analysis, or business analysis is preferred. Strong interest and basic skills in data analytics and digitalization. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, or Python is highly desirable. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Business-level Japanese & English required.
