Develop security concepts and define requirements based on customer and internal demands. Plan, execute, and monitor security activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with internal processes and international standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434). Respond to security audits and drive continuous improvement activities. Coordinate technical aspects, negotiate, and manage progress with internal departments and customers both domestically and internationally. Expected Role after Joining: As a Cybersecurity Manager, participate in customer product projects and lead security development together with team members. [Preferred Experience & Skills] Experience in embedded system development in the automotive industry (software or hardware). Specialized practical experience in cybersecurity. [Required English Proficiency] Business level (capable of seamless email communication and meetings in English). Ability to understand and discuss overseas technical trends and documentation.
