At Align Aerospace, our VMI Representatives run the customer’s supply chain. in your 6-9 month contract term You will: Control inventory Prevent shortages Solve real supply chain problems Work directly with operations, purchasing, and customers You are the difference between a customer shutting down… or staying operational. Own the Customer’s Inventory Ensure parts are always available when needed Prevent stockouts and overstock Manage min/max levels and demand trends 2. Solve Supply Chain Problems (Daily) Late deliveries? Fix it Shortages? Escalate and resolve Quality holds? Coordinate with internal teams You will work directly with: Purchasing Warehouse Quality Customers 3. Analyze & Drive Decisions Review usage trends, bin activity, and forecasts Adjust inventory strategies Use SAP + Excel to identify risks and opportunities 4. Be the Face of Align to the Customer Build strong relationships Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Communicate clearly and confidently 5. Support the Business Ensure contracts are executed correctly Support pricing, invoicing, and supply chain alignment Help identify cost savings and improvements Requirements What We’re Looking For & Must-Haves: 2–5+ years in: Supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operations Strong Excel skills (you can analyze, not just type) ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems fast Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account Management Extensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventory Big Plus: Aerospace or fastener experience Inventory or warehouse exposure Customer-facing experience What Makes You Stand Out: You take ownership — you don’t wait You solve problems — you don’t escalate everything You think ahead — not just react You’re comfortable holding people accountable What You Get Competitive base salary + stay bonus potential Alternative Workweek Option Work a set 40 hour week; or Work a 9/80 schedule ?
