Overview:
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a VMware (ESXi) Engineer on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing VMware Aria Operations and/or Log Insight in a production environment, to include developing policies and custom dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
• Knowledge of the current industry hardware, software, and equipment.
• VMware ESX 6.7/7.0/8.0.
• VMware Aria Operations 8.X.
• VMware Aria Automation 8.X.
• VMware NSX/NSX-T.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Unix/Linux familiarity.
• Windows 10/11.
• TCP/IP, DNS, Local Area Networking, AD, GPO.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure).
• Cisco UCS Cloud Platform.
• VMware NSX/NSX-T.
• Experience creating and implementing workflows and blueprints for use with VMware Aria Automation solution.
• Service Now Experience a plus.
• Technical written & verbal communication skills (technical writing).
• Experience supporting Intelligence and/or DoD Customers.
