Reporting to the National Human Resources Data Integrity Officer and Human Resources Officer (HR Systems and Analytics) and collaborating closely with, Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC), Regional and Country Offices, this role will contribute to global compliance with HR policies and procedures, HR data Framework; maintaining and enhancing data compliance across HR systems; support and coordinate HR audits.

Responsibilities

The role contributes to global compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data frameworks while maintaining data integrity across HR systems. It also involves supporting and coordinating HR audits in collaboration with global and regional offices.
