Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Head of Sub-Office (HoSO) in Cotabato, direct technical and administrative supervision of the National Migration Health Officer (MNCH) in Zamboanga, the successful candidate is responsible and accountable for supporting quality implementation of IOM’s health programming in Mindanao, particularly in Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi (BaSulTa). The successful candidate is expected to work closely especially with Department of Health (DOH) Region IX, Ministry of Health (MOH) – BARMM, and its provincial and local constituents in BaSulTa, to strengthen local health systems, service delivery, and communities’ access quality care particularly for Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MHCH) especially amongst the displaced and mobile populations. 
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of health programming in Mindanao, specifically focusing on Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MHCH) for displaced populations. Coordinate with the Department of Health and Ministry of Health to strengthen local health systems and service delivery in the BaSulTa region.
