Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Head of Sub-Office (HoSO) in Cotabato and direct administrative supervision of the Head of Satellite Office in Marawi and direct technical supervision of the National Migration Health Programme Coordinator; and in close collaboration with the Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) National Migration Health Officer in Cotabato, the successful candidate is responsible and accountable for ensuring the fulfillment of quality implementation of IOM’s health programming in Mindanao, particularly the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The candidate is expected to work closely with Ministry of Health (MOH) – BARMM and its local constituents, especially in Marawi City and Lanao del Sur (LDS) to strengthen core functions of health systems in the region, integrating mobility lens and in line with IOM standards, policies and commitments. 
Responsibilities
The officer is responsible for ensuring the quality implementation of IOM’s health programming in Mindanao, focusing particularly on the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). This involves close collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH) – BARMM to strengthen core health system functions while integrating a mobility lens.
