Job Description - Develop and implement business strategies to optimize revenue from Rooms, Banquets & Cuisine, Other entertainment services (Spa, Swimming pool, Gym). - Analyze the market and target customers to propose appropriate business strategies, ensuring revenue and profit targets. - Coordinate with Revenue and Reservation departments to optimize room occupancy. - Maintain relationships with customers and business partners, while developing and expanding the network of new customers. - Manage, train the sales staff, ensuring high performance. Qualifications - Graduated in Business Administration, Hotel, Tourism or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in the hotel business and at least 2 years in a management position. - Understanding of the Hai Phong Hospitality Services market. - Good negotiation, leadership and management skills. - English communication
