Key Skills

• Ideally have previous Forklift experience, VNA, Reach or Counterbalance licences
• Experience of working in Warehouse or despatch departments.
• Experienced in scanning
• Familiar with stock systems and or stock taking processes
• Computer literate
• Ability to prioritise, achieve deadlines and make decisions
• Computer literate in MS Office

VNA DUTIES:

Product Despatch: Responsible for the timely and accurate despatch of chilled product:
o Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and accurate, timely despatch of goods.
o Fulfil customer order requirements
o Fulfil customer shelf-life requirements i.e. minimum days into depot
o Achieve depot delivery times
o Despatch in accordance with customer / site codes of practice
o Despatch frozen product as required
o Intake materials for Factory production ensuring that they are fully booked in a timely manner and correct totals.

Additional Role Requirements

• Role is subject to medical approval
• Able to work at 13 Metre Heights and must go through and meet

the requirements of an extensive training programme
