• Proven ability to navigate dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet project milestones
• A solution-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver meaningful business results
• Workday consulting experience is a plus , whether in an internal practitioner role or with a services partner
• Functional knowledge of VNDLY is preferred, especially experience translating business needs into solutions
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and align them with scalable, effective VNDLY solutions
• Lead and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of VNDLY
• Participate in design workshops and requirement gathering, translating complex challenges into executable plans
• Tackle projects of varying size and complexity with clarity and confidence — always focused on delivering value
• Bring a consultative approach to problem-solving, helping clients simplify where possible and optimize for long-term success
