You’ll be: Helping clients find new employment after injury or illness Actively marketing clients’ skills to employers in the open labour market Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change We’re looking for: Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel within Croydon and Metro regions Experience in DES, employment services, or similar is highly valued Bonus if you’re: A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but we’re happy to train the right employment services professionals! This includes helping clients find new employment, actively marketing their skills to employers, and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
