How you’ll contribute The Vocational and Unlicensed Recreational Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing education and community outreach initiatives to increase awareness and utilization of rehabilitation services. This role supports program growth, quality improvement, and overall productivity through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The incumbent serves as a resource with knowledge of acute rehabilitation practices and contributes to program development and patient identification efforts. What we’re looking for Applicants should have * High School Diploma/GED required. * At a minimum, should be a graduate of a four (4) year college program with a bachelor’s degree in a health related, business or marketing area of concentration, nursing or therapy preferred. * Applicable and current clinical license to practice in accordance with the state. * Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation required. * Clinical experience is required. * A track record of successful experience in a health care setting, strong interpersonal skills, and experience working with physicians, nursing management, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers. Responsibilities

Develop and implement education and community outreach initiatives to increase the utilization of rehabilitation services. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support program growth, quality improvement, and overall productivity.
