Are you passionate about helping others reach their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Vocational Counselor/Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment in the community.  Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one job coaching and guidance to clients seeking employment * Assist clients with resume building, job applications, and interviews * Make employer connections in the community through individualized job development * Support clients on job sites, providing hands-on training * Help clients develop workplace readiness skills, including communication, time management, and professionalism * Collaborate with employers to ensure successful job placements and retention * Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation Qualifications: * Self-starter with strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills * Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed * Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients * Valid driver's license and dependable transportation * Experience working with people with disabilities as well as case management, coaching, counseling, or workforce development (preferred) Education: Prefers a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.   What We Offer: * Competitive pay based off experience and education  * Benefits to Full Time Employees, including: * Health/Dental/Vision Insurance * Short Term Disability and Group Term Life Insurance covered at 100% * Additional Fringe Benefits * Retirement Plan * Paid Time Off * Professional Development Fund * Mileage Reimbursement and Paid Travel Time * Free LPC Supervision * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A rewarding role where you can make a real impact in people’s lives
