What You’ll Be Doing Deliver Inspiring Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated. Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress. Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills. Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!). Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience. Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant. What You Need to Bring to the Table ✔ A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) ✔ A passion for helping people succeed ✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!) ✔ Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning) 💡 Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
