* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of American Career College * This is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of nurses by delivering high-quality education in both classroom and clinical settings. What You’ll Do Deliver classroom and/or clinical instruction using an approved curriculum Supervise students in clinical settings and evaluate performance Assess students’ ability to apply knowledge, perform skills, and provide patient care Develop lesson plans and instructional materials Track attendance, grades, and student progress Provide tutoring, advising, and remediation support as needed Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and college events Support student success, retention, and readiness for entry-level healthcare roles Experience (One of the following): 2+ years of nursing experience (RN or LVN) within the last 5 years OR 6+ years of combined RN/LVN experience

Responsibilities

The instructor will deliver classroom and clinical instruction while supervising students to ensure they meet educational and patient care standards. Responsibilities also include developing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and providing academic support to foster student success.
