Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday The role will focus on converting 100% new logo business in the Small Business segment (10-49 employees). Pro-active self-generation of new business opportunity, achieving our sales charter Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). This is to generate the required amount of activity, customer engagement and pipeline to achieve 3x+ target cover or appropriate to your own conversion ratio Achieve customer satisfaction measures/metrics to drive positive customer experience Develop customers once onboarded to increase revenue opportunity and introduce customers to our wider portfolio This is a customer facing position - whilst this role is inside sales, customer facing activity via multi- channels is essential. Delivery monthly, quarterly, annual Order Value (AOV) sales target(s) specific to IS-BDS role. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience which is essential for this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an appetite for continuous learning and development as a sales professional. A passion for technology and digitisation. Experience in a telco/tech or comparable competitive, fast paced and complex environment is advantageous. Understanding of solution selling - ideally within the telecommunications industry with an understanding of Converged, mobile and fixed voice, data, Cloud & Hosting. Track record of success achieving targets and experience in a direct sales environment as an individual contributor. Demonstrative record of working within a team, understanding how collaboration with others can accomplish objectives. IT literate and some experience of using Sales Tools e.g. CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Teams. An understanding of P&L would be beneficial.
