Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri The Capability and Automation Specialist is responsible for defining and configuring across a range of business capabilities to meet user needs, supporting products across fixed, mobile/IoT and SaaS. You will actively look at user interaction with the tools you are responsible for to think about “what's next” to innovate and improve user adoption and satisfaction. Documentation on all configuration you complete so it can be understood and/or reused by other configuration managers Specification of configuration and input into test cases to ensure the best possible outcomes and experiences for users Identifying and designing automation improvements Become the subject matter expert for your business capabilities and tools, ensuring you understand and have input into upstream activity that will impact your configuration Understand and can articulate business needs, translating these into the work you need to complete Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environments with multiple design and delivery functions Quick to acquire product/technical expertise in order to understand current and desired product experience as well as underlying technology and dependencies Can analyse and interpret data to provide insight-driven direction and to understand and address root cause issues Business experience in business facing configuration, software development or design roles Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills Inquisitive about why things work the way they do and emerging technology trends
