What you'll do As a Financial Crime GRC (Governance, Risk and Control) Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening the financial crime risk management framework across VodafoneThree. Operating within the First Line of Defence (1LOD), your focus will be on ensuring robust governance, effective control operation, and proactive risk mitigation across key financial crime domains: Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Sanctions, and Trade Compliance. You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance structures, conduct control testing, oversee policy adherence, and deliver insightful, data-driven reporting Your expertise will help ensure that financial crime risks are identified, assessed, and managed in line with regulatory expectations and internal standards Develop and manage GRC dashboards to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial crime insights, trends, and emerging risk mitigation strategies Oversee critical financial crime systems and processes, manage 1LOD reporting and remediation, align 2LOD assurance actions, and drive cross-functional governance through the Financial Crime GRC interlock Lead organisation-wide financial crime training initiatives, monitor effectiveness, tailor content to risk insights, and engage senior stakeholders to foster awareness and accountability Design and implement comprehensive financial crime control testing across AML, ABC, Sanctions, and Trade Compliance, remediate gaps, and enhance the Control Effectiveness Framework to meet regulatory standards Who you are Experienced in financial crime compliance, risk, or governance roles Well-versed in ABC, AML, Sanctions, and Trade Controls Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities Hands-on experience in monitoring, assurance, and control testing Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
