Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people plans aligned with our broader HR strategy. Lead organizational design and change initiatives, including integration programs and structural transitions. Own employment cost forecasting and budgeting, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with business goals. Manage complex employee relations cases and TUPE processes with legal compliance and business continuity in mind. Act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to enable effective decision-making. Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation across the organization. Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks. Drive strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives that shape our future. Experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background. Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and delivering results. Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and legislation. Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Passionate about inclusion and cultural transformation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with complex challenges.
