The Knowledge Management Product Owner (KM PO) is accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and operational success of the organisation’s Knowledge Management (KM) platforms. Leading a team of Knowledge Product Specialists, this role ensures that knowledge solutions enable business outcomes, scale effectively, and integrate seamlessly across the wider systems landscape. Reporting into the Senior Systems Product Manager, the KM Product Owner acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders, the Systems Product Ownership (PO) team, and technology partners—translating business needs into clear, prioritised, and technically actionable requirements. What you’ll do Own the product strategy and roadmap for VodafoneThree applications (Yext & SCIO), defining and delivering Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities aligned to business objectives, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation goals. Ensure KM platforms drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance, continuously assessing performance, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to evolve the roadmap. Act as Product Owner for KM platforms, accountable for backlog prioritisation, feature definition, and delivering measurable business value. Own and govern business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned to wider system initiatives, while acting as the bridge between business and technical teams. Provide functional and technical sign-off and partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality and performance standards. Qualifications Significant experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Product roles Experience working with Knowledge Management platforms (e.g. content, search, AI-assisted knowledge, self-service, or case management tools) Experience operating within large-scale or enterprise system landscapes Background working closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
