Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri As a Project & Programme Lead, you will provide Line Management and leadership of Project, Programme & PMO resources who are at varying levels in their careers. To passionately drive and maintain a positive, valued, high performing culture within the team and the Project community at large. You will empower team members to take full ownership of their respective roles and the activities which they are responsible for, whilst being accountable for the team members performance and the outcomes that they provide to our SPEN customer and key internal stakeholders alike. Line Management & Career Development of between 15-25 Project colleagues (FTE's). Lead Strategic Initiatives so that Managed Engineering Services (MES) & Professional Services continuously improves and achieves its long-term vision & strategic goals. Cascade development, performance and strategic goals to individuals and measure & record progress to achieve those goals throughout the year. Ensure Project Resources maintain and adhere to the Project Practice robust governance processes. Relevant previous experience in people and performance management and managing multi-disciplined teams, having full responsibility for the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to create and develop highly effective colleagues to support the core delivery organisation. Experience in the end-to-end process of hiring new colleagues from internal & external marketplace. Experience in coaching and creating colleague development plans in support of colleague career progression Experience operating within a Project delivery environment
