What you'll do We're recruiting for a Reward Manager to join our Reward, Operational Effectiveness and People Analytics team, here at VodafoneThree. As a Reward Manager, you will provide expert guidance on a broad spectrum of reward matters to HR Business Partners, ensuring VodafoneThree's reward programmes foster a high-performance culture, promote fairness, and support strong customer outcomes. Wider responsibilities may include, but won't be limited to: Serve as the primary reward advisor to HR Business Partners across multiple business units. Lead reward governance for commissions and ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory frameworks. Review and advise on variable pay structures, including commission and incentive plans, to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored reward solutions that support strategic objectives. Draft and review governance papers for senior leadership and board-level committees. Lead and deliver key reward initiatives and projects in line with the annual reward plan, while supporting business-as-usual processes. Who you are Demonstrable experience in reward strategy and job evaluation, alongside a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders at Director level. Strong understanding of remuneration regulations, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment. Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. Skilled in conveying complex reward concepts to diverse audiences, including drafting board-level documentation. Competency is the use of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is essential. CIPD (or equivalent qualification) in reward management.
