Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Wider responsibilities may include, but won't be limited to: Serve as the primary reward contact to HR Business Partners across multiple business units. Review and advise on variable pay structures, including commission and incentive plans, to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Lead reward governance for commission scheme, working with compliance and commissions teams to ensure compliance with FCA, Ofcom and other regulatory frameworks. Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored reward solutions that support strategic objectives. Support in drafting and reviewing governance papers for senior leadership and board-level committees. Lead and deliver key reward initiatives and projects in line with the annual reward plan, while supporting business-as-usual processes. Demonstrable experience in reward strategy and job evaluation, alongside a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. Understanding of remuneration regulations, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment. Skilled in conveying complex reward concepts to diverse audiences. Competency is the use of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is essential. CIPD (or equivalent qualification) in reward management.
