Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri You will program manage sales transformation projects to ensure ongoing consistency in goal definition and measurement between cross-functional teams and the sales organization. Projects include but are not limited to: The development, management, facilitation and evaluation of our Customer Advisory Board (CAB). Designing and driving key strategic initiatives to support customer engagement, revenue improvement and new sales improvement by collaborating with sales and key functional partners Partnering with Sales leaders to create and implement an executive engagement strategy and plan, to deepen relationships with key decision makers and executives within our key customers You will create strategic customer insights, market trends and provide opportunity landscape when collaborating with sales heads and utilizing secondary research. You will regularly support in creating and driving senior management meetings, content for business reviews & support on Quarterly Business Reviews. Track and measure the effectiveness of executive engagement initiatives, providing regular updates to sales leadership on ROI and relationship health. Support Head of Business Sales with key business management activities as required Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of B2B sales strategy and customer lifecycle. Programme and Event Management: Experience running high-profile events & at managing strategic programmes/projects end-to-end Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead and facilitate strategic discussions Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic to customer needs and ability to advocate for them internally. Influencing: Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to secure buy in and drive outcomes
