Extensive experience in enterprise delivery governance and framework design across both Agile and Waterfall. Strong governance authority with a track record of embedding enterprise-wide delivery standards. Capability-building expertise with measurable improvements in delivery maturity. Advanced process optimisation skills and experience in large-scale change environments. Strong ability to resolve cross-functional delivery disputes and maintain enterprise alignment. Expert knowledge of delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, PMI).Experience in predictive analytics and application of AI in delivery performance tracking.
