The IT department are seeking a talented Voice and Collaboration Manager who enjoys working with a highly motivated and proactive team
The department supports 7000 users across 900 locations, comprising of a comprehensive IT infrastructure delivering several line-of-business systems which reach out to all staff and officers.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure you will be managing the voice and collaboration team along with developing short and long-term strategies.
The key focus will be managing the voice and collaboration team, manging all voice and collaboration systems which includes Microsoft Teams calling, Microsoft Teams meeting spaces, digital signage and other meeting spaces with complex audio visual systems along with legacy voice systems such as Alcatel VoIP.
