As our Voice and Data Technical Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our managed services operation, a critical link between our technical teams and the business. You’ll lead a talented group of engineers, ensuring seamless support for our voice and data platforms, while also shaping the future of our services through project delivery and innovation.
You will have the opportunity to lead with impact by managing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
By driving transformation, you will be the go-to escalation point for complex issues and play a key role in aligning technical operations with JT’s strategic goals. You will also influence how JT delivers cutting-edge voice and data services to our customers across multiple sectors.
