Doctor appointment scheduling Handle incoming calls to book appointments based on the client's preferred schedule. Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments. Manage customer inquiries and promptly address concerns. Offer accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers. Job Description: Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice account Excellent verbal and written English skills Ability to multitask (taking calls and responding to emails) Organized and keen to details Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong (Preferably residing near or within Mandaluyong) Amenable working night shifts What can we offer you?
