Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voice Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience in managing voice networks and systems. As a Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining voice infrastructure for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of their voice systems and provide technical support when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain voice infrastructure for clients - Monitor and troubleshoot voice networks and systems to ensure optimal performance - Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide customized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to integrate voice systems with other technologies - Conduct regular network assessments and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the voice industry - Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams - Document network configurations, procedures, and processes - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in voice engineering or a similar role - Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and technologies (SIP, VoIP, PBX, etc.) - Experience with voice network design, implementation, and maintenance - Familiarity with network security and disaster recovery planning - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Certifications in voice engineering (e.g. CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice) are a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cairo, Egypt.
