We're seeking a future team member for the role of Voice L2 Support Lead to join our TSG Production Services team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for overseeing and supporting enterprise voice and unified communications systems, such as VoIP and SIP, serving as the US Voice lead. Provides strategic guidance for the voice platform both regionally and globally. Leads voice-related projects and initiatives. Optimize system performance for voice communication platforms and resolve complex technical issues. Handles vendor management and collaboration activities. Acts as the local site lead for Lake Mary, managing the local network and Voice team. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Extensive hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience across Voice technology products. Experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools to troubleshoot Voice issues and problems. Solid understanding with QoS, end-to-end performance and fine tuning. Fundamental understanding with Collaboration tools and endpoints. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10 - 12 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
