ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. Someone with a genuine enthusiasm and interest in utilising customer feedback to deliver service improvements.
Ideally experience of working in a customer facing role and keen to champion our customer centric culture throughout GreenSquareAccord.
You should have a strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support communication, data analysis and reporting of feedback obtained and a good understanding of data protection legislation, with hands-on experience handling sensitive personal data in compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
The is a job share position; we are looking for 2 people to cover between the hours of 9am and 7pm (flexibility on hours to be agreed).

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to Recruit for 2 Voice of the Customer Officers. This role is part time and will consider flexible hours.
The Voice of the Customer Officer plays a pivotal role in capturing and sharing customer insight across the organisation. Through both transactional and perception surveys, the postholder will gather meaningful feedback and ensure this insight is clearly reported and accessible across the organisation, enabling teams to listen, engage, and act to improve services and enhance the customer experience.
A key part of the role involves speaking directly with customers, ensuring they have every opportunity to share their views on the quality of homes and services received. This feedback will then be used to help identify where improvements can be made along the customer journey.
