Location: Toledo Hospital Department: Voice Operations Weekly Hours: 21.75 Status: Part time Shift: Evenings (United States of America) Job Summary: As a Voice Operations Specialist, you will serve as the main communication contact for ProMedica hospitals. In this role, you will operate the phone system and manage all outside phone calls and internal calls. You will also dispatch officers and document security activities. You will be responsible for paging emergency information, physicians, and codes. This role also manages surveillance monitoring and accessing control alarms. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Dispatcher or Operator ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
