The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Voice Services Specialist, Journeyman. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partner
G33 MCSD located in Grafenwoehr, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS. This position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports voice services systems, hardware, and software
  • Possesses and applies practical knowledge of voice communications over an Internet protocol network interfaced with the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)
  • Provides installation, troubleshooting, removal, or replacement of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP), and end-user devices
  • Supports incident and problem resolution
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience 4-7 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered.
  • Possess a Secret clearance with the ability to retain.
  • Certification – 8140 – A+ or Network+
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of voice communications systems, including VoIP and VoSIP technologies.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining voice services hardware and software.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex incidents and issues independently.
  • Applies expertise across multiple work assignments, showing versatility and adaptability.
  • Develops innovative methodologies and presents effective solutions to intricate voice communication challenges.
  • Operates confidently within IP networks interfaced with PSTN, showcasing a deep understanding of modern telecommunications infrastructure.
  • TESA eligible
